I use Photostudio 5.5.  Post a pic of your car and a request.  A few people on here can do them.  Most of them have Photoshop which is a little more user friendly and more capable of doing effects.

Question, I have photoshop 7, I am still learning the program, and have tried to do out-crops of my car.  What's the secret to getting such clean cut edges?

The lasso effect.  I zoom in as well before I use the lasso.

Here's a good how to:  http://photoshopcontest.com/tutorials/16/cutting-up.html

V8Demon, thank-you for those links.
They started me off quite nicely...
Although, I have been using the pen tool, I haven't quite figured out the lasso...

And I've upgraded from PS7 to PSCS3!  Go me...!

Thanks again for the links.

You're on your way man!  I'm using Photo Studio 5.5.

It's a true photo editor, but it's hard to find tutorials for it...

You'll love CS3.
The pen tool works great for getting extremely close and perfect edges. Then you can convert it to a selection or a path. Plus if you make a mistake you don't have to start all over again.

Paul, I haven't forgotten about that poster for you, it'll be coming soon.
