I'm a short timer here and my first purchasing experience was superb.
I found both to be very fair and flexable. They were willing to do a bunch of legwork to get me the right part. This included referencing posts, pictures, running down the parts, and emails. Not only did they provide a needed part, they pointed me the right direction for some other part needs. Their communication skills are excellent. I WILL work with them again.
