Turbocoupe gutted upper intake with 65mm t/b: $125
8.8 Ford Racing 3.55 gears $ 60
Semi new 88 tbird brake booster and master cylinder $30
Full digital cluster gauge in good conditions $30
5.0 stock mustang headers $18
Stock turbocoupe intercooler in good conditions $25

Does it include the adapter plate and everything I need for the swap (cable lengtheners and such)?

Yes all you do is bolt it on its ready to install and run.
