Body/Appearance/Interior / digital fule gage

ok so i i go with a digital one thats programmable do i need to use the sending unit for the digital dash?
If your dead set on using a programmable unit then as long as you have a working sending unit already in the fuel tank leave it. The programmable fuel gauge (autometer unit anyway) can be adjusted between 0 and 270 ohms. I used buttstuffog gauges (especially fuel) because of the cost savings.

i was thinking about puting a digital fule gage in my car and i was looking at summitracing and seen that they have some diff ones that have diff omhs for being full and empty. id like to know what one to go with if any one has put one in their car.
If memory serves me right you need one that reads 73 ohms empty / 10 ohms full with the factory sender.
