I know theres a few threads about this but im still not too sure. I think I need a regulator. I've swapped in a known working wiper motor and a good switch and the wipers still wont park. When I turn them off and they go down the come back up and sometimes they stop all of the way up or in the middle or most of the way down. But they work as they should otherwise.usually if i flick them on and off quickly and try to stop them in the down position I can get them to stop close to the bottom. I'm convinced I need a regulator but I thought I'd get some advice before I get into that job. Also...I have no idea where the regulator is or what it looks like.
got mine for $10.50 after tax.so u guys are saying the bushing at both ends is the same? and yet another in between the 2?yet another reason i dont care for autos. glad the other is a 5spd.
I have an '87 sport and im in need of a wiper switch..which as usual is dicontinued. does anyone have one, know where to get one(other than junkyard), or know of any cars that use the same switch? heading to junkyard sunday with fingers crossed. but willing to pay a little more to buy a new one or one i know works ok.
alum gt40 heads and the line goes to the catch can for if oil comes out from over pressure(correct me if im wrong guys). the line would usually go from the valve cover to the tb. the can allows u to empty it rather than it blow back through the intake. not aware of a blow shield so im gonna assume I dont have one. when the clutch went..half of the surface material was gone and lots of bent fingers on pressure plate. was still drivable but very hard to get in and out of gear due to it not disengaging all of the way
